Our Preventative Maintenance Program Includes:

Check Evaporator and Condenser Coil Condition

Clean Condenser Coil for Efficient Operation

Clean Drain Pan, lines and add algaecide tablets to drain pan

Check all fans, blowers, and electrical components

Check airflow characteristics

Check refrigerant levels (up to one pound included)

Check and adjust all belts and lubricate motors and bearings (if applicable)

Check and Calibrate Wall Thermostat

Replace and Wash Filter (Cost of Filter Not Included)

Also as being a maintenance customer, you will receive a 10 % discount on parts and labor (not including equipment). We offer annual and semi-annual maintenance inspections and discounted rates for multiple systems. Contact us to find out what is right for your system and your family.
